When it comes to selling a house, your photos can mean the difference between getting someone through the door for a closer look and having them skim right past your listing on MLS. With a little extra time and attention, you can show off your home in the best way possible, hopefully making that sale! I photographed a house last week that is a perfect example of this. Small houses take just as long to photograph as large houses – sometimes longer. This house has beautiful spaces and quirky features, but challenging lighting throughout and some tricky details to highlight. After an afternoon of shuffling things around and finding the right angles, I’m thrilled with the results. Now to get it sold! Good luck Megan and Dustin!!
