Gymnastics Photography

Some details on Finelite’s gymnastics photography:

• I don’t charge your club anything to come out and do the photos.  There’s also no obligation to order anything.

• We pick a day that will work for everyone and schedule 15 min blocks of time for each group.  Every gymnast does an individual pose and then a group pose.  I work with the coaches to make sure the pose your gymnast chooses photographs well.

• A proof gallery is sent out for each group a week or two after shooting and all orders are placed online.  Links, passwords and gallery expiry dates will be distributed by your club.

• Digital downloads are sent out immediately upon ordering, with the exception of specialty digital products involving extra design work.  These are emailed to you during regular order processing once the galleries close.

• Printed orders are delivered back to the club roughly 2 months after our shoot date.  Holidays and the volume of coinciding bookings will always make this timeline fluctuate, but I’ll let you know if this applies to your group’s orders.
