Soccer Photography

Here are all the dirty details on Finelite’s soccer photography:

• I generally don’t charge your team anything to come out and do the photos. (If you want to use the 20 foot wide soccer stadium backdrop there may be a fee for that, depending on booking volume.)

• There’s never any obligation to order once the photos are taken.

• We can do the photos on the field before or after a practice, or in a secondary location. Usually teams take about 30 minutes to photograph.  The stadium backdrop require extra time to set up and tear down, so bookings will be longer.

• I photograph all of the players in a couple of different poses, making sure to get a full length and close option of each. Action shots are great, as long as they don’t hold up our session.  I want to get you back to your practice and off the field as soon as possible.

• After photo day, we do have the option of adding everyone’s names to the team photo. If we decide we want to do this, your manager will send me the names in order of appearance in the team photo.  Names should be emailed to me with proper spellings, as I’ll be doing a copy/paste of this info onto your team products.

• Finelite offers online ordering for your soccer photos.  Gallery links and full information will be distributed by team managers after your session.

• Finished orders for individual teams are emailed out and/or delivered back to team managers roughly a month after our shoot date.  Finished orders for entire club bookings (Aurora Soccer) are mailed directly to you via Canada Post.

• A few extra freebies that I always try to include are coach/kid photos and a goofy team shot.  (Because honestly, the goofy shot is the kids’ favourite photo anyway.)  Coach/kid photos are available via a download coupon and I print a 4×6 of the goofy team photo for every kid.
