Every time I get together with these ladies, someone ends up crying! The first time I met them, I had recently had my son and they were anxiously expecting theirs. I was there to do pregnancy photos for them so OBVIOUSLY this required tears from all of us. I was so excited for them to feel what I’d been feeling – the happiness and the mild insanity that one gets from having a new child, the joy coupled with the surprising need for reassurance that I was doing the right thing… I wanted this for them and now, meeting Liam and seeing them all together, I know they have it. This sweet boy has his mommies wrapped around his little finger, and they don’t seem to mind one bit. Once again, as the session ended, we were all close to tears and surrounded by the love in their home. Every so often during a session, people let their guard down and I get to photograph a very special moment. I feel so lucky to have met these ladies and this lovely, lovely little man.
