As many of you already know, the Saskatoon SPCA‘s Fashion Faux Paws Masquerade was this weekend. It was a huge success again this year, surpassing our goal of raising $15,000 for the Saskatoon SPCA! Exhausting as it was, I am so happy I could be a part of it. The night involved a fashion show featuring local shops and designers, a VIP lounge complete with champagne and red carpet photos, a silent auction, and a dance to finish things up. The masks varied from simple to outlandish – creativity and individuality were clearly important elements to many who attended.
