I did a family photo session for a dear friend about 5 years ago. It was super casual – we shot at their home – and at the time, we picked out a bunch of favourite photos to hang on their wall. Photos like this one. 
Everyone was pleased and we closed the book on the outtakes. Now, in the middle of a website redesign, I’ve gone back to revisit some of my favourite sessions to see if there’s anything I missed, and quite frankly I’m thrilled to have come up with some heartstring pulling little gems from this session. We all know that kids are little for like 5 minutes, but seeing it played out in something as simple as a chalk drawing on the sidewalk… now that’s heavy. So, Amanda, sorry for the “without warning” post about how big your kids are getting, but my goodness… Just look at those chubby little hands…
